Find out more at www.magaldi.com Position Introduction: Position Introduction: Magaldi Power S.p.a., has an exciting opportunity for a Service Engineer. He would be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Magaldi systems, ensuring that everything operates smoothly. Service engineers often interact directly with Clients to understand issues, provide technical support, and offer solutions. To be successful in this role, the individual must be able to think under pressure, be customer focused, self-motivated, organized, enjoy problem-solving. Position Title: Service Engineer Reporting To: Service Manager Experience: 5+ years in industrial maintenance and service. Ideal candidate will have foundry and/or power plant experience. Degree Required: Technical degree preferred and/or equivalent experience. CAD Capabilities: Not required. Must be able to read engineered drawings Travel: Approximately 50% Direct Reports: None Location: Salerno - Italy Language Requirements: English fluency required. Spanish ability preferred. Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction: Insure that customers are happy with their Magaldi supplied equipment and that it is running to its optimal level through pro-active visits and regular communication.
