Senior Industrial Controller
We are looking for a Senior Industrial Controller who will have the task of coordinating the Management Control activities of a group company or plant, reporting to Operation Department - contribute to the review of the Management Control system and the implementation of the new Management Reporting system; - coordinate any assigned resources, promoting their technical and professional development; - collaborate with the Plant Manager and the Group Controller in developing the economic forecasts of the company or plant; - manage, with the Plant Manager, the monthly and quarterly closures of the company or plant, analyzing deviations from plans; - conduct ad hoc analyzes (variance analysis, calculation of efficiencies, etc.) in support of the Plant Manager or upon request of the Group Controller; - support the continuous improvement of processes, in particular those that contribute to the formation of accounting data; - carry out periodic audits to monitor critical processes; ... support the development and implementation of new applications to support planning, final assessment and reporting activities. Requirements: - degree in economic disciplines or engineering - at least 5 years of previous experience in Controlling field and at least 3 years of experience in the role of Senior Controller in modernly organized industrial contexts operating at an international level; - welcome postgraduate experience in international auditing and consultancy firms; - fluent knowledge of the English language, knowledge of the Spanish language is also appreciated; - experience in implementation projects of ERP systems and business intelligence applications in Controlling fields.
