Italy we are experiencing unprecedented growth and we are now looking to strengthen our team with the addition of a talented Site Manager to lead our Italian Northwest Operations Your next Role: The Site Manager will report to the National Operations Manager and will be responsible for overseeing and managing warehousing and transport operations in Lombardy area. He/she leads a team of managers, supervisors and warehouse and transportation staff to achieve outstanding operational excellence standards and meet customer demands. Your main accountabilities will be: • Coordinate warehouse and transportation managers. • Work and supervise warehouse and transport sub-contractors. • Implement a culture of continuous improvement in the day to day operational business processes • Create new approaches to improve efficiencies and cost-effectiveness. • Develop project plans, yearly budget and monthly forecasts in collaboration with the National Operations Manager • Support the coordination of Customer Audits • Define operational guidelines for external warehouses management, • Contact point of the relevant internal and external stakeholders: • Sales and Key Account • Customers Management • Controlling & Finance teams • Unions Representatives What you’ll need: In order to be successful, you’ll need: • Master’s Degree Management Engineering or Economics or similar. • Over 5 years’ experience in Logistics Supply Chain, Automotive or Food Industry. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Leading position in dynamic organizations. • In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles and site management. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehousing and logistics • Problem solving and results oriented. • Change management approach and teamworking aptitude. • Proactivity and fl
