Manpower Group Greece' on behalf of its client leading in its industry' is looking for passionate Italian Customer care Representatives who know exactly how to make the most out of the clients' experience Responsibilities? - Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way' via phone' live chat' email &, social media identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Handle customer complaints' provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, follow up to ensure resolution - Direct unresolved requests and issues to internal departments and follow up to ensure resolution - Update our internal databases with information and record inquiries' comments' and complaints - Enhance customer experience by gathering customer feedback and share with our Product teams Requirements - Fluency in Italian and English (verbal and written) is a must-have - Fluency in...
