TECNORD is part of the Casappa Group, since 2022. The Role We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to the Finance & HR Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, and compliance. Your Responsibilities • Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring processes. Cultivate relationships with educational institutions and external recruiters as needed. • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a... seamless transition and monitoring induction plans. • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for managers and employees, addressing HR issues and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Assist with disciplinary actions when necessary. • Learning and Development: Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with the company's growth strategy. Lead competency evaluations and support managers in identifying improvement opportunities. • Performance Management: Develop and refine the performance management process, leveraging on Group’ best practices to drive employee development and engagement. • Industrial Relations: Collaborate with the Finance & HR Director in managing industrial relations, including participation in the preparation and negotiation of collective labor agreements. • HR Policies & Procedures: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives and Group’ guidelines. Your Skills • Education: Master's degree in HR Management or related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR Generalist roles. • Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders across different organizational levels. • Autonomy: Ability to work independently, with a focus on results and innovation. • Continuous Learning: Curiosity and passion for continuous learning and professional development. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruiting social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, and familiarity with HRIS. • Language: Fluency in English
