Join Electrolux Professional Group - as: HEAD OF FINANCE TRANSFORMATION ABOUT THE JOB The Electrolux Professional group (EPR) has developed a Finance Transformation program to standardize and automate/digitalize with a focus to deliver efficiencies in the Finance processes and develop BI tools to give critical insight into the performance of the business. The Head of Finance Transformation is responsible for delivering the Finance Transformation program and is instrumental in driving change in the finance community based on their own financial process knowledge, existing best practices and new or existing technology available. The position will require travelling. ABOUT YOUR TASKS • Strategy Development: Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure a comprehensive finance transformation program is aligned with the Group’s strategic priorities. • Process Improvement: Execution of the program to deliver the improvements in the areas already identified within financial processes... systems, and operations. Develop a cultural of a continuous improvement approach with clear targets to deliver process efficiencies. • Technology Integration: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of financial technologies and systems; finance automation tools, and data analytics solutions. • Change Management: Drive the change management process by fostering a culture of innovation and providing guidance to finance teams during the transformation journey. Involvement in identifying present state in a market regarding preconditions before launch of new way of working to create successful implementations. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between finance transformation initiatives and broader organizational objectives. • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance transformation team, providing guidance, mentoring, and development opportunities. • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report progress and results of the finance transformation initiative to the executive leadership team and stakeholders. ABOUT YOU - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven track record of a continuous improvement mindset in finance and business processes. - Strong understanding of financial operations, processes, and technologies. - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. - Exceptional project management and change management capabilities. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. - Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders. - Results-oriented and adaptable to a rapidly changing business environment.
