Chief Financial Officer
On behalf of our trusted client, an industrial family owned business (approx € 40 million consolidated turnover) with commercial branches in France, Spain, Germany and other Countries, arKap is looking for a Group Chief Financial Officer to join the team near Bologna. You will shape the financial perfornance of the company and its subsidiaries, steering it towards a path of strategic success and growth. In this pivotal role, directly reporting to the CEO and the BoD, you will serve as the CFO for the organization and its subsidiaries. Partnering closely with the Group CEO, you will be at the forefront of driving financial strategies, overseeing day-to-day financial operations while providing visionary leadership to diverse finance teams. Responsibilities • Treasury, cash management and cash flow optimization • Budgeting, strategic planning and control • Overview of corporate accounting with the goal of producing consolidated results • Tax management and ongoing dialogues with tax... authorities and coordination of external audits • Business and financial reporting with an active contribution to investor relations activities • Strategic risk management • Oversight of crucial IT and HR-related functions Requirements and skills • Proven track record (10+ years in a similar role) with a background at a leading audit firm • Previous experience in a PE backed company is not required but it would be an asset, • Experience in change and risk management, • Experience in leading complex projects in a multi-cultural company, with a demonstrated history in international subsidiary management • Relational and communication skills, autonomy, rigor, integrity • Perfect command of current information systems, financial software and various ERP • Available to travel internationally • Fluency in Italian, English and French. Knowledge of German is a strong asset.
