Business Development Manager – Cosmetic Packaging
Seeking a dynamic, independent Business Development Manager with a proven track record of generating leads, building strong relationships, and signing new business. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the continued customer support and account management of our existing clientele. Responsibilities • Created a business development pipeline through networking & engaging with prospects, referrals & existing clients • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities • Provide support and serve as the primary point of contact between clients and company • Work cross functionally with Products development, engineering & project managers • Regional responsibility for the West Coast Requirements • Must live in the state of California • 5+ years of sales experience • Experience in the beauty industry (preferred) • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Well-developed written and verbal... communication skills • Basic computer and technical skills, including experience with MS Office and proficiency in Excel • Experience working with an internet-based ERP system, such as Netsuite, preferred
