Administrative Support
Description The role provides support to the management team in a variety of tasks. This role requires managing a high level of change and ambiguity. As such, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, creative administrator to support the CS management team. In this role, you will support the leadership team in setting and updating their appointments, booking travels and submitting related expenses, facilitating calls and taking notes. You might also collaborate in planning, driving and executing onsite and offsite events, as well as providing general administrative support. This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate and collaborate with all CS and non CS teams both on site and virtual. Key job responsibilities • Calendar and inbox management • Expenses, budget management, travel booking and submission of expense reports • Event planning for staff meetings, annual business events, charity events, off-sites, All-Hands, team building activities... contests and/or external facing events • Sourcing of merchandise • Note taking, facilitation of meetings and post-meeting reminders • Collaboration with key stakeholders, Site Leads, ops teams & many others • Arrange travel, accommodation, restaurant and taxi itineraries for leadership and visitors from other sites • Plan meetings, take and distribute detailed minutes • Arrange catering for meetings and trainings • Provide general support to visitors • Liaise with leadership team to handle requests and queries • Ad hoc administrative duties We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Cagliari, CA, ITA Basic Qualifications • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills • Flexible approach to working hours for event planning and hosting • Fluent in written and oral Italian • Fluent in written and oral English (B2 min.) • Efficient multi-tasker and problem-solver Preferred Qualifications • Executive assistant experience • Event planning and budgeting experience Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
