Who you are We are looking for a person with: • Creative... problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Open minded • Communication capabilities • Flexibility • Ability to build and maintain relationships • Commercial and technical orientation • Strategic perspective What about the job In your role you will: • Be Responsible for planning the Field Service activities • Evaluate the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the requested service • Make and Confirm appointment with the customer • Be responsible to ensure an optimized service response • Make reporting of field activity and technical report (follow up Service report) • Verify the ordered spare parts delivery for the Field Service job • Manage all post-op issues • Be supervisor in pre-service site What you know You have: • Technical Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree will be an asset • Mechanical and Automation knowledge • Troubleshooting skills • Good Knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) • A good command of written and spoken English
